Empires of the Axis and Abyss is free to play. This policy applies to paid features where and when they are offered. Paid features are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
The only paid feature currently offered is the Admiral membership (monthly or annual), which unlocks unlimited concurrent game hosting. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not generally refund partial periods, but we honor refunds where required by law (for example, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights), and if you're charged in error contact support@axisandabyss.com within 14 days.
Email support@axisandabyss.com with your account email and the receipt or transaction ID from your purchase confirmation. We respond within a few business days. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle are issued through Paddle.
Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
