Empires of the Axis and Abyss is free to play. This policy applies to paid features where and when they are offered. Paid features are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Because these grant immediate access to digital content or virtual items, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something failed to deliver or you were charged in error, contact support@axisandabyss.com within 14 days and we will make it right.
Where a recurring membership is offered, you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the paid period. We do not generally refund partial periods, but we honor refunds where required by law (for example, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights).
Email support@axisandabyss.com with your account email and the receipt or transaction ID from your purchase confirmation. We respond within a few business days. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle are issued through Paddle.
Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
